7H has the virtue of having 13 easy tricks readily available but I do not know how it can be bid with any degree of certainty. 4D is a splinter bid agreeing hearts and the response to RKCB shows three key-cards, obviously the missing aces. 5D asks about the queen of trumps and 6H shows the possession of that card but denies an outside king. So West knows that his partner is missing the king of spades leaving a potential loser in that suit. Indeed if East’s queen of clubs was the queen of spades then the grand would rely on a finesse – not good enough odds. It’s the queen of clubs which is the priceless card in the East hand but it beats me how you can show it.
